A mental health service provider in Birmingham is seeking an administrative role responsible for handling queries from service users, including GPs and patients. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent clerical skills. You will be responsible for maintaining patient data and providing support to the Locality Team. Ideal candidates will have a compassionate approach to support the community.
Deal with queries from service users, including GPs, patients and their representatives, either face to face or via the telephone in a professional manner that is consistent with legislation, policies and procedures including data protection and confidentiality.
