Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking a Bakery Operative in Greater London. You will ensure high-quality production of baked goods, maintain hygiene standards, and operate machinery while working flexible shifts that include nights and weekends. Successful applicants will possess good communication skills, physical fitness for the role, and experience in fast-paced environments. Full training is provided, along with a uniform and canteen access. Pay ranges between £ per hour.

Qualifications

• Good level of English for clear and quick communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Experience working in a warm environment near ovens and machinery.
• Comfortable with lifting and carrying trays or bags of ingredients (up to 20kg).
• Experience performing repetitive tasks such as labeling, picking and packing products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best possible production of our products in alignment with site and customer requirements.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy; fulfil orders efficiently.
• Operate and maintain machinery within the factory under safety standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment.
• Complete hygiene documentation in a timely manner.
