Join a leading energy broker in Leicester as a B2B Telesales Executive. Sell business energy, gas, electricity, and renewable solutions with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to UK businesses (targeting a high activity level).
  • Build and manage a B2B client portfolio as their trusted energy consultant.
  • Deliver competitive energy procurement for gas and electricity contracts.
  • Promote renewable energy solutions and sustainability advice.
  • Help businesses reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.
  • Track performance and pipelines using the company CRM system.
What Were Looking For
  • Experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, or business development (energy, utilities, telecoms, or related services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Hours & Location

Central Leicester office • Full-time, permanent

Monday–Thursday: 8:45am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:45am–4:00pm

Compensation

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic (DOE) + £5,000 guaranteed commission + uncapped OTE £55,000+
