The Opportunity:

  1. Lead sourcing and business development through face-to-face prospecting.
  2. Research leads to find key decision-makers and influencers.
  3. Regularly follow up with decision-makers to build and generate new business relationships.
  4. Set in-person business appointments.
  5. Convert outbound/inbound leads into paid business customers.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
  7. Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.
  8. Has excellent communication skills and work ethic.
  9. Previous Sales Experience an Asset!
  10. Desire to advance their career within the B2B Sales and Marketing industry.
  11. Likes high-energy, fast-paced environments.
  12. Passionate about creating a world-class customer experience.
  13. Competitive and values a great work culture and a great team player.
  14. Full-time availability (M-F).
