Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this job will vary; however they will be mostly centered around the following:

• Own part or entire outreach workflow: identify target segments, clean and prepare data, manage campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Maintain contact databases, ensuring data hygiene, accuracy and proper segmentation.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses, reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimization.
• Develop and launch new growth initiatives and acquisition channels to drive organic expansion.
• Contribute to the company’s international expansion strategy supporting the achievement of EU growth goals.
• Support developing the company’s brand as the go‑to platform for inspiration, knowledge and networking.
• Execute at an incredibly rapid and intense pace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, maybe followed by a Master’s degree.
• Aspiration to become world champion or future leader in a field within the company.
• Passion for the company’s mission and a commitment to achieving long‑term goals.
• UK work permit (we do not sponsor visas).

Start date: Flexible

The role is on‑site Monday to Friday based in our offices near Victoria. It is essential as we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market‑leading events throughout the year.
