Award-winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a strategic Business Director to join their B2B team. You will be part of the SLT and Exec board level team. Hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities

• Shape business strategy, manage client relationships, drive performance and lead with purpose.
• Coach team members in best practice, delegate effectively, mentor senior team members, develop talent and lead teams while embedding culture.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of B2B communications with a track record of commercial success, entrepreneurial flair and delivering award-winning work.
• Drive client retention, growth and new business, manage P&L and set financial goals; in-depth understanding of business and financial planning, management and reporting.
• Support an inclusive culture by welcoming ideas and participation in other areas of the business, such as DEI and well-being initiatives.
