We take pride in serving the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry since 1987. We’re looking for a sales manager responsible for direct sales to aviation and aerospace manufacturers and related firms in the European region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth.
  • Identify prospective aircraft and aerospace manufacturers and decision makers within organizations.
  • Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Convert prospective leads into clients.
  • Competitor and market awareness to emphasize Wescon’s value proposition.
  • Network with key decision makers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations.
  • Account Management.
  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Build relationships with distributors, resellers and manufacturers.
  • In-depth knowledge in aviation tooling.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • 5-10 Years experience in European market in aviation tool sales.
  • 2-5 Years experience in the Aviation industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience.
