Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer-contract partnerships.
• Proven managerial experience in civil or military aviation.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of aviation standards.
• Experience within the defence industry.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a multi-skilled team to deliver high-quality aviation services.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative and safety standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the customer to exceed expectations.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Managing site operations including engineering, MT, SE and flying activities.

Skills
