Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering programmes with risk management and mitigation is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (FAA, CAA, EASA) and certification processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, scheduling, financial control, forecasting, and risk management across multiple programmes.
• Accountable for developing and delivering cabin programme statement of works.
• Ensures compliance with FAA, CAA, EASA regulations and Part 21 design requirements.
• Builds and maintains robust programme governance and reporting structures.
• Leads collaboration with MRO, engineering teams, and production areas.
• Drives stakeholder engagement at all levels and resolves complex interdependencies.
• Acts as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and fosters an open safety culture.
