A Growing Audio / Visual Company due to the continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit an AV Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with in-depth industry knowledge looking for an opportunity to join a small growing family run business who are ready to take the business to the next level. This is a field based role with easy access into London for sales and project meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the UK market. Selling Microsoft Teams Rooms Complex Audio Visual Systems using products such as Shure QSC and Biamp
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and forging strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting the sales strategy to capitalize on new opportunities and address challenges.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on sales activities and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while maximizing profitability and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Write proposals, close the business, organise and handover to the engineers and ensure the project runs smoothly.
  • Strong understanding of the UK audio visual market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Results‑driven and proactive, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
