At Halfords we dont just sell products we keep Britain moving. Were looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team and help customers get the very best from their vehicles.

A confident and proactive salesperson youll be the link between our stores autocentres and mobile experts driving referrals to ensure our customers receive complete motoring solutions whether thats tyres MOTs servicing or repairs.

Recommending the right solution for the customer is what this role is all about whether we can fix it in the car park at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Experts to fix it at the customers home or work.

Brilliant at building relationships youll work closely with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

To be a success in this role youll need :
  • Experience in a consumer sales environment
  • A keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products / services
  • Great communication skills able to explain services in simple terms.
  • Comfortable working to sales targets.
  • Enthusiastic proactive and focused on customer satisfaction.
