Job description

You'll join our Agentics Centre of Excellence and help teams across the Group automate their "busywork", so they can focus their time on what matters to our customers. Day to day, you'll:

Responsibilities
  • Become a go-to practitioner for RPA and tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Map how work gets done today, then re-engineer processes to make them faster, more reliable and easier to run.
  • Enable self-serve workflows for colleagues (without heavy IT builds), and know when to bring in IT for bigger solutions.
  • Contribute to a standardised approach for when to use agentic solutions vs. bespoke tech builds.
What you'll learn
  • Hands-on RPA delivery and low-code automation with Power Automate.
  • Process mapping, workflow orchestration and change delivery.
  • How automation at scale supports services, finance and governance in a complex, multi-entity group.

This role is an opportunity to take that passion for process improvement and move your career in that direction.

This is an ideal role if you're excited by automation, AI and problem-solving. You're curious, organised and comfortable talking to different teams. If you've played with Power Automate, built a no-code workflow, or streamlined a process either in the workplace, or in any other useful setting, we want to hear about it.
