The Role:

As a successful Audit Supervisor you will have the following duties:

• Leading fieldwork and effectively managing audit team workflows.
• Reviewing deliverables and presenting results to clients with minimal supervision.
• Identifying critical audit issues and providing practical, actionable solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members through training and constructive feedback to foster their development.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and overseeing advisory engagements.

The Person:

The successful Audit Supervisor will meet the following criteria:

• Take full ownership of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional value-added services.
• Hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Possess 3-4 years of hands-on audit experience across a range of clients and industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
