We’re looking for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Client’s team and deliver exceptional onsite and remote technical support across enterprise client sites.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote AV field service engineering support across client sites.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, site surveys, and event coordination.
  • Handle small works installations and handover to clients.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and SLA compliance.
  • Manage and update service tickets promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in rotational shift patterns and occasional European travel.
  • Support documentation and administration linked to service delivery.
