An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Governance Team for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to support the regulatory compliance and assurance processes across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust services.

You will support the Regulatory Compliance Manager in ensuring all services are registered correctly with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensure processes are in place to continuously monitor compliance. You will support with the administration of CQC enquiries and inspections, and log responses to and from them.

Supporting the Clinical Assurance Manager, you will support with the administration of quality assurance processes, arranging and logging assurance visits and filing evidence of improvement.

  • To co-ordinate the activities of and provide comprehensive administration support to the regulatory compliance and assurance team

  • Higher level passes at GCSEs in core subjects including English and Maths

  • Knowledge of administrative working processes and procedures in an office environment
  • Experience of working in a secretarial/ administrative role
  • Experience of supporting a software system
  • Experience of production of information / reports
  • Good communication skills with individuals and teams within the clinical units
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, frequently working with staff at all levels within the Trust
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail in routine work
  • Minute taking and meetings management skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimum supervision
  • Sound Knowledge of software packages including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
