Associate Supervisor - Contract Disputes

Location: Bristol (hybrid)

Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered (min. 4 days)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Litigation team as an Associate Supervisor within the busy Contract Disputes department. This is a chance to combine hands‑on casework with leadership responsibilities, working in a supportive environment that values quality, efficiency, and career development.

The Role
  • Provide technical supervision to a small team, ensuring high standards of case handling.
  • Manage a limited caseload of consumer and commercial contract disputes (Fast and Intermediate Track).
  • Assess prospects of success, advise clients, and act for both claimants and defendants.
  • Negotiate settlements and litigate claims through the Civil Courts.
About You
  • A strong background in Contract Law and solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.
  • Experience running Fast Track cases.
  • Previous supervisory or people management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills remaining clear, empathetic, and client‑focused.
  • Confidence in mentoring and training junior colleagues.
