Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
• Conduct inspections, research, and prepare detailed valuation reports using RICS Profit and DCF methods.

• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Strong technical knowledge of DCF / Profit valuations and RICS standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
• Full UK driving licence.
