Job description
The Opportunity

Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Strong Bonuses

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate-level Property Manager to join a high-profile team managing a prestigious Central London portfolio. Reporting to the Team Director, you will oversee a collection of trophy assets, as well as select additional holdings across various estates.

This is a unique role managing one of London’s most exclusive mixed-use portfolios. With over 100 properties in total, the focus is not on volume but on delivering the highest levels of service and tenant engagement. The service charge budget is up to £9m, with an average of £2–3m, reflecting the prestige and complexity of the assets under management.

You will also play a leadership role within the team, taking responsibility for junior surveyors and supporting collaboration with the wider property management, facilities, and asset management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of prime Central London assets
  • Build and maintain exceptional tenant relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • Work closely with Asset Managers to deliver strategic asset management initiatives
  • Oversee financial performance, including service charge budgets, rent collection, and debt management
  • Lead and support junior surveyors, providing guidance and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, FM, ESG, CX, Data, Procurement, Technology) to optimise performance
  • Represent the client in meetings, reporting clearly and proactively on portfolio performance

Ensure assets are:

  • Clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained
  • Delivering a modern, market-leading tenant experience
  • Environmentally responsible, with carbon emissions reduced year-on-year
  • Operating with efficient and transparent service charges
