We are looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor MRICS to join an established multi‑discipline practice in Bromley. This is a great opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys delivering high‑quality projects while mentoring and developing junior team members.

Role of the Associate Building Surveyor
  • Deliver a wide range of building surveying and project services across commercial and residential sectors
  • Proficient in JCT contract administration
  • Lead projects through all stages, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control
  • Act as a key client contact and help develop long‑term relationships
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior surveyors and trainees
  • Assist with business development and contributing to team growth
  • Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive environment
About You
  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Strong background in project delivery and professional services
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Confident mentoring and developing junior staff
