Associate Role

• Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases.
• With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
• Managing file, drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.

Senior Associate Role

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
• Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
• Managing your own caseload, handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base.

You

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
• Strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently
• Commercially astute and strategic thinker
