My client is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Professional Lines Claims to manage complex FI, D&O and E&O claims while supporting leadership, underwriting and key market stakeholders. What You’ll Do

• Manage and adjust complex Professional Lines claims (FI, D&O, E&O)
• Assess coverage, investigate, reserve and settle high-value claims
• Draft coverage positions, declinatures and strategic claim correspondence
• Lead negotiations with counsel, experts and brokers
• Oversee claims outside delegated authority and drive recovery actions
• Support senior management with MI, reporting, large loss reviews and renewals
• Contribute to audits, policy wording development and market engagement
• Mentor junior team members and provide leadership support when required
