Assistant Talent Partner – 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £36,704 per annum

Location: Mobile

Hours – Full Time (35 / 70 hours over two weeks – nine‑day fortnight)

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing recruitment professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on our attraction & selection processes and make a real difference to our residents.

Building strong relationships with our stakeholders, you’ll understand the pressure points across our geography where your expertise and support is needed to fill vacancies. Managing multiple campaigns, you will support our hiring managers to attract and shortlist applications, with a focus on recognising potential talent and increasing diversity.

You will design innovative attraction campaigns, proactively search and approach talent, build & engage with talent pools and build our brand awareness as an employer of choice.

It’s a challenging role in a highly competitive market, you’ll need to be driven, proactive and resourceful, creating innovative recruitment campaigns to attract and engage talent.

What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in Housing recruitment is essential
  • Proactive recruitment experience, utilising job boards, social media and networking to attract and engage talent.
  • Knowledge of the Housing industry, with a track record of adapting to the recruitment challenges.
  • Experience on pre‑screening candidates to identify the best talent.
  • Experienced in working in a target driven, fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • You’ll be target driven and self‑motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

This is a mobile position with travel required across our geography, the successful candidate will also be required to attend occasional team meetings at our head office in Birmingham.
