This is a permanent position offering up to £53,000 plus car allowance, ideal for someone with residential site experience who is eager to progress their career within the housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day delivery of new build housing projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials to ensure smooth site operations

• Support the programme to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation

• Oversee quality control and assist in delivering high-spec homes ready for handover

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential new build housing

• Solid understanding of build programmes, Health & Safety, and quality standards

• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work

• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

• Full UK driving licence required

• Ambitious and keen to progress to Site Manager level
