Overview

An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside a Senior Site Manager in the delivery of a brand new iconic development in Aldershot, Hampshire. The project involves converting a large and externally beautiful Grade II listed military hospital, which consists of magnificent Victorian and Edwardian buildings.

The site will involve the construction of 34 prime luxury apartments via external refurbishment and internal remodelling and fit-out and will also include detailed hard and soft landscaping to fit with the surroundings and is guaranteed to be an incredible project. Moving on from this iconic scheme you would be given the opportunity to either move to a luxury housing scheme on the border of Hampshire & Surrey, or one of 2 RC frame apartment schemes in West London or Berkshire. The challenges? Site is currently derelict and in disarray, and painstaking effort will be required to renovate and restore the buildings, with a tight build schedule totalling just over 1 year.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Site Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in delivering apartment developments, change of use, or permitted developments would also be beneficial.

Their newest region covers west of London, covering North Hampshire, Berkshire, Bucks, and Hertfordshire.
