We are currently recruiting for an assistant Sales Manager to join our Client's busydealership in Norwich.

• 5-day working week (Mon-Sat, with a day off in the week - no Sundays!)

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales (management experience an advantage, but not essential)
• Confident, driven, and passionate about achieving results
• Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to inspire others
