Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain the highest standards of service
• Ensure smooth running of shifts, from reservations to closing
• Assist with training and scheduling
• Contribute ideas to enhance the guest journey and drive business performance
