• Completed or currently studying towards a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure, value and record work in line with procedures.
• Collate cost and value information.
• Prepare cost reconciliation statements.
• Work closely with subcontractors on measurement and agreements.
• Support the build-up of estimates from first principles.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to prepare Bills of Quantities.
