Qualifications

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office; knowledge of construction software is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with budgets, cost plans, and project forecasts
  • Support subcontractor and supplier contract preparation and negotiation

  • Maintain accurate cost records and reporting to control project finances
  • Support contract administration in line with standard UK construction contracts
  • Work with site teams to monitor progress and commercial performance
  • Assist in risk assessment, claims, and dispute management
  • Contribute to tendering and procurement processes
  • Provide general commercial anteriores support
About You
  • Qualificationin Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or working towards)
  • Some experience in a QS or commercial role in the construction industry (1–3 years preferred)

  • Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
