Overview

Property Manager / Assistant stepping up - West Sussex (Hybrid) - £33-38k

We\'re working with a long established, highly successful, multi-generational family-owned Property Management business based in West Sussex.

Specialising in Leasehold Block Management (along the coast from Portsmouth to Hastings), they now seek to hire an intermediate level Property Manager (or Assistant PM ready to step up).

Responsibilities

• Working office based to start (in Littlehampton) before moving to a hybrid arrangement once settled
• Overseeing a local, high quality and long retained portfolio of mixed blocks
• Undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance provision, major works management, and site visitation
• Supported by a central team handling all resident queries to minimise your administrative burden / ensure work life balance
