Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager – Landmark Project

Location: Edgware, London

About the Company

Our client is a leading main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering landmark projects across the UK. They are currently delivering a major scheme in Edgware valued at over £80 million – a development that will stand out as a flagship in the region.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a high-profile project and work directly under the mentorship of the Project Director. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while being fast-tracked towards progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Project Director in both site-based and office activities
  • Resource and collate information to support project and business requirements
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and conference calls on behalf of the Project Director
  • Manage inboxes, deal with enquiries, and prioritise responses where needed
  • Arrange and attend internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, documentation, AED logs, and ensure actions are followed up
  • Assist with preparation of project documentation and reports
  • Draft correspondence, produce letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Project Director
