As part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking team, you'll contribute to high-value projects that are shaping the future of the industry.

This position offers hands‑on involvement across the full project lifecycle, while also supporting business development and commercial growth. You will work alongside Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors, gaining broad experience in delivery, client management, and early‑stage project scoping and proposals.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the project management team to shape project scopes, detailed schedules, budgets, and pricing for multiple high‑value projects.
  • Assist in preparing, negotiating, and presenting new contract proposals or contract changes, ensuring smooth customer billing and overall client satisfaction.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, initial client engagement, pre‑bid discussions, and identifying additional project opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work with internal teams to help develop commercial proposals and contribute to tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for project updates, technical discussions, and potential follow‑on work.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, overseeing subcontracting efforts and coordinating internal labour and resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and supporting effective financial and commercial management.
  • Maintain and update essential project documentation, including schedules, scope of supply, commercial trackers, and buy‑out reports.
  • Assist senior leadership with market intelligence, tracking upcoming opportunities, and supporting long‑term business growth planning.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technically related environment, with at least 2 years in Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar roles.
  • Experience engaging with customers or supporting commercial teams, proposals, or early business development activity (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand pricing, margins, proposals, and cost management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to set and achieve strategic goals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams.
