Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate bar / pub manager to support the launch and day to day running of the Catford House, an innovative new social club and pub in the heart of Catford. You will be responsible for managing and running the wet sales element of the bar, deputise for the manager in times of absence and leave, and help to lead the pub team to ensure that customer service, food and drink safety standards always exceed expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to bring their solid experience of pub / bar management to the non-profit sector, to gain new skills around community support and to exercise creativity to ensure that all customers and service users have a memorable experience and continually hold the Catford House in positive regard. You must be able to work days and evenings on a 7-day rota.

Salary: £32,000 per annum, 35-hour week.
