Overview

Sezane is looking for the talents of an Assistant Manager (M/F) to join our retail teams in our London Apartments. This position is based in London.

Reporting to the Store Director, your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure a unique customer experience within your boutique:

  • Customer Experience strategy;
  • Animate the customer journey by relying on a team of ambassadors;
  • Optimize the quality of the service at each stage of the customer journey;
  • Convey information and promote personalization services to advisors and customers;
  • Embody brand values and ensure omnichannel at all times;
  • Customer knowledge;
  • Manage customer satisfaction using various tools, implementing dedicated action plans;
  • Develop customer loyalty and along with creating new relationships;
  • Explore the customer database (clienteling and management of dissatisfaction);
  • Recruit, retain and follow up of all team members.

Managing and developing your team:

  • Manage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment;
  • Foster cooperation within the team and between team leaders;
  • Integrate new employees;
  • Supervise and increase the skills of your team through floor coaching, feedback and annual performance interviews;
  • Propose and set up, in conjunction with the training manager, continuing education and coaching courses for sales advisers;
  • Demonstrate managerial courage to support its employees;
  • Disseminate and circulate information;
  • Have a 360 vision: ensure that you always optimize your team organization in a process of continuous improvement.

Guarantee the brand image:

  • Be responsible for the incarnation of the brand by the team (Uniform / Attitude);
  • Ensure the good maintenance of the apartment;
  • Participate in the correct integration of the collections and ensure follow-up;
  • Ensure the maintenance of high level of visual merchandising throughout the day;
  • Ensure that business opportunities are maximized through effective store management;
  • Follow fashion trends, ensure competitive intelligence;
  • Coordinate or participate in the planning of in-store marketing events.

Be responsible for operations and efficiency :

  • Guarantee an optimal customer experience across all channels (in-store and online services);
  • Master Sezane policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Apply and enforce operational processes, particularly for concierge services and stock management;
  • Manage specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations, after-sale services, etc.);
  • Manage replenishment organizations and deliveries (push);
  • Comply with procedures for monetary flow management and controlling;
  • Ensure all technical equipment functions properly (cash registers, scanners, back-office equipment) and that malfunctions are reported and monitored;
  • Prepare and verify cash registers, perform cash collections and ensure end-of-day routines are followed;
  • Train team members on concierge processes, cash register use, related procedures, and best practices to offer the best Customer Experience.
  • Passionate about retail, you are committed to satisfying your customers through your sense of service and generosity;
  • Through your demeanor and proactivity, you are a conductor in the field and enjoy guiding your team by example;
  • You are skilled at supporting and developing your team members to ensure optimal customer service. You enjoy managing large teams;
