CostsLawServiceshavegrownexponentiallynationwidetoformateamofover30LawCostsDraftsmenandLawyerswithimmenseexperienceinallaspectsofcostslawintheUKand35+staffnationwide.NotOnlydotheyrepresentanationallegalaidpracticeonalltheirbilling,theyarenowfocusingongrowingtheirclientbaseintheUK,andduetothevastexpansionrequireanAssistantManagertoassisttheCityofLondonTeam.
Theirbroadspectrumofbillingservicesvariesacrossmultipleareasofpracticeisbasedonasoundknowledgeofthecostssystemandtheabilitytomanageclientexpectationstoensuretheircashflowismaintained.
TheirworkinvolvesawidevarietyoflegalpracticeareasandincludingCourtofProtection,ChildrenLaw,ClinicalNegligence,CommercialLitigation,Family,Housing&PropertyLitigation,Immigration,JudicialReviewandPersonalInjurymatters.Thisincludes,allthevariedtypesofBills,PODS;Replies;Negotiations;Budgets–relevantprecedents,PAandDAassessmentsetc..
Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongtechnicalknowledgeandexperienceofdraftingbills,excellentnegotiationskills,supervisionortrainingexperiencewouldbebeneficial.CostLawserviceswouldalsobekeenoncandidatewhoarelookingtoreducetheirCostspracticeforamoreAssistantmanagementrole.
ThesuccessfulcandidatewillbepartofamanagementteaminassistingoftheoverallbusinessdevelopmentoftheCompany.Thecandidatewillberequiredtodevelopandgrowthecompanybyexpandingitsclientbase,whilstsupervisingateam.
Thecandidatewillbeinvolvedinperformancemanagementofdraftsmenandlawyersemployedorengagedasconsultantsalongwith,auditingandreporting,
TherolemayalsoinvolveassistingtheManagerinrecruitmentofcandidatesthatwillhelpdelivercompanyobjectives,wherenecessary.
Theidealcandidatewillalsobeinvolvedindevelopingpolicy,stafftraining,strategicplanningandimplementationofbusinessobjectives.
PromotingtheCompanythroughsocialmediaactivitywillbeanessentialpartoftherole.
