Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Oversee and ensure timely processing of payables and receivables in compliance with financial policies.
  • Budget Preparation & Cost Control: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses and help implement cost control measures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant legal regulations, tax laws, and audit standards.
  • Team Supervision: Support and guide junior accountants, review their work, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordination with External Auditors: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • ERP/Accounting Software Management: Maintain and update records using accounting software; ensure data accuracy and security.
