An educational institution in Peterborough is seeking a Group Assistant Head of Faculty - Green Technologies. Salary: Point 34 - 38 £38,247 - £42,985 per annum, depending on experience (agreed on appointment). Plus £6,000 Market Rate Allowance

About the Role
As our Assistant Head of Faculty, you'll report to the Head of Faculty and play a crucial part in the ongoing development, integration, and delivery of sustainable construction skills across IEG Modern Construction. This isn't just a teaching role; it's an opportunity to:
You'll also have line management responsibilities for a dedicated team, contribute to Ofsted inspection preparations, and ensure the timely completion of reports to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly effective teacher with substantial experience, expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality education that leads to positive outcomes for students.
You'll need:
A management qualification or a willingness to work towards one is desirable, as is experience in performance managing staff.
