About us

Novotel London Stansted is a stylish hotel, just a short shuttle ride from the airport. It features 250 bedrooms and offers a great all-day dining restaurant, café and bar. Our four-star hotel includes eight meeting rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. It also provides fitness facilities and ample parking for both guests and employees.

A bit about what you will do

Assistant Head Housekeepers in our luxurious hotel assist in overseeing housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout, creating a welcoming and immaculate environment that consistently exceeds guests' expectations.

  • Ensure the housekeeping team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Be a hands‑on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to improve.
  • Guide the Housekeeping team to ensure company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Manage staffing levels to cover business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.
  • Deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper.
