The Opportunity...

To support the retail stores and team with operational processes and procedures and to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business, maintaining consistency and ensuring operational disciplines are adhered to. Build effective cross functional relationships, working collaboratively with other key stakeholders in the process flow to ensure operational needs of the retail network are fully supported.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure shipments are processed On Time & Marked Delivered,
  • Receipting & Cleaning of stock PO’s into XStore (Retail EPOS) & SAP,
  • E2E tracking invoices through to SAP,
  • Review and Investigate Discrepancies in Deliveries,
  • Support the operations process execution across retails stores,
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure sales are cleaned daily,
  • Ensure stocks are available in line with business plans,
  • Managing cyclical counting,
  • Assist in coordinating operational tasks relating to new store openings and closings,
We'd love to meet you if you have...
  • Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of the SAP, Winparf and Business Warehouse systems,
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Excel to create databases and trackers,
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to prepare, review and analyse data for management presentation
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to influence key stakeholders within the business
  • Resilient, with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Agile, with the ability to effectively manage ambiguity
  • Ability to show discretion in handling confidential issues
  • High level of self-motivation being able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
