• Conduct demand forecast and formulate buying plan.
• Monitor inventory level and conduct reordering.
• Assist in assortment planning and pricing strategy.
• Conduct regular sales and stock analysis.
• Work closely with planner on assortment planning.
• Conduct regular market visits and research.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

The incumbent will work under the Planning Team of Retail Operation Department in Ocean Park and will be responsible for

• Conduct demand forecast and formulate buying plan to support the operation of souvenir and skill game business under the department.
• Closely monitor inventory level and conduct reordering to support the achievement of sales target and to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Assist in assortment planning, design and sample review and pricing strategy of new product development
• Conduct regular sales and stock analysis for measuring business and product performance
• Work closely with planner on shop level assortment planning and promotion strategies for maximizing and achieving sales and inventory targets
• Conduct regular market visits and research to identify emerging market trends and changes in customer preference for business growth and development
• Work closely with Operation Team and Merchandising Team to gather feedback and access stock performance for continuous improvement in stock, pricing and promotion planning
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
