Our client, a respected and forward-thinking property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in Eltham. Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out building inspections, condition surveys, and diagnostic assessments
  • Preparing clear and accurate reports, specifications, and schedules of work
  • Supporting senior surveyors on repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment programmes
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, housing officers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and housing requirements
About You
  • Proven experience within social housing and building services is essential
