Overview

As Assistant Boutique Manager you will play an integral part in the commercial success and presentation of the store, supporting the Boutique Manager in creating a luxury client experience with our brand values demonstrated in every interaction. You will be an inclusive, visible and accessible role model of selling behaviours which deliver results and be committed to supporting the development of your team. You will be proactive, a great communicator and able to develop strong and long-lasting client relationships through effective CRM activity. You will deputise for the Boutique Manager in their absence and become an expert on our products, sharing the stories, tradition and craftsmanship behind our range to deliver a seamless service and help every client celebrate life and express love.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and maintain a client base in the luxury space and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively, plan and organise, adjust priorities quickly, and maintain an efficient, well-run store.
  • Give direction, coach, delegate, and get the best out of others to achieve results.
  • Deputise for the Boutique Manager in their absence.
  • Become an expert on products and share the stories, tradition and craftsmanship behind the range.
  • Deliver a seamless service and help clients celebrate life and express love.
Qualifications
  • Unwavering customer focus with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good command of verbal and written English. A second language is desirable.
  • Proactive with the ability to develop and maintain a client base in the luxury space.
  • Comfortable with targets and business data.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop a team to deliver consistently great performance.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Comfortable with technology; working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
