Overview

Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) is an internationally acclaimed architecture and design practice, recognised for innovation, creativity, and design excellence. From our Clerkenwell studio, we deliver landmark projects across culture, civic, residential, and commercial sectors worldwide.

Our Finance team plays a pivotal role in enabling design excellence, providing robust financial control, accurate reporting, and proactive support to project teams. We are now seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to join this high‑performing function, helping to maintain financial accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of our project systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills and an interest in finance to gain broad experience across accounting and project administration in a creative, design‑led environment.

Main Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Support
  • Accurately input purchase ledger invoices and process staff expense claims in line with policy.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and maintain records.
  • Assist with bank and other reconciliations.
  • Monitor and respond to the accounts email inbox.
  • Undertake ad hoc accounting tasks to support team members and gain experience across all areas of the accounts workload.
Project Administration Support
  • Maintain and update project details in our systems, including project setup, fee updates, and timesheets.
  • Support weekly timesheet submissions and resourcing updates, assisting staff with queries.
  • Update user details in collaboration with the People & Talent team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely circulation of post and documents to relevant teams.
