Position: Asset Investment Manager - Decarbonisation

Location: Leicester - Hybrid

Hours: 35 contracted hours per week

Salary: Up to £55,442.89 per annum (depending on experience) with an annual car allowance of £2,280 per annum

What you’ll do
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a government-funded retrofit project.
  • Act as the key contact for DESNZ, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Supervise a small team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Promote a customer-first, community-driven approach.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven project management experience in housing, energy, or retrofit.
  • Strong stakeholder, budget, and contract management skills.
  • Understanding of retrofit standards (e.g. PAS 2035), WH:SHF.
  • HNC in Construction or equivalent.
  • Project or retrofit qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
