Do you have CAFM experience and have worked within an asset or compliance management position role? Are you looking for an interesting and varied role where you take the lead in shaping how a complex estate manages its critical infrastructure?

In this role, you'll take ownership of the estate's asset portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance, technical assurance, and lifecycle strategies are delivered to the highest standards.

Working closely with stakeholders, service partners, and operational leaders, you'll act as the trusted technical advisor, strengthening compliance culture and ensuring data-driven decision making through the careful management of the CAFM system.

The company are the UK's leading Facilities Management company and this role will see you work on one of their key business contracts, with potential opportunities for other roles within the business upon completion.
