A leading facilities management company in Exeter is hiring an Asset Administrator to oversee project administrative functions. Responsibilities include data collection at school sites, managing project inquiries, and providing monthly updates on job progress. Candidates must possess good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with building systems and software. Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Asset Administrator to manage the day to day responsibility for the projects administrative functions. In this role you will be attending the school sites to collect data and input the data into the asset register.
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
This is a full-time role with the working hours of 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday. This is a fixed term contract which will expire on 1st June 2026.
