Job description

Red Bull Technology are seeking an Assembly Technician, to join the team for the remainder of 2025 and beyond. We are looking for an experienced Sub Assembly Technician with expertise in Metallic Suspension, Brakes, and Pit Stop Equipment Build & Service. Motorsport or F1 experience is essential.

In this position you will be part of the Assembly Group, responsible for the build, service, and maintenance of car assemblies and pit equipment for Race, Test and Promotional events as well as supporting other Red Bull projects.

Your responsibilities:
  • Build, service and maintain a wide array of assemblies in accordance with our Production Control framework covering build specification, component lifing and hardware allocations.
  • Communicate all build quality issues to the appropriate stake holders, ensuring all faults and NCRs are recorded via our internal business systems.
  • Responsible and accountable for delivering objectives on time, escalating any problems identified whilst working unsupervised.
  • Become an integral member of the Team, ensuring free and open discussion to promote ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the groups key performance indicator framework.
  • Ensure the highest standards of operation, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Ensure all Design updates are captured through use of the company systems and assembly drawings.
