We’re working with a fantastic school that’s looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism (ASC) on a one-to-one basis.

This role isn’t just about being in the classroom—it’s about helping a child feel safe, supported, and understood, while giving them the tools to thrive in their learning and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism (ASC)
  • Helping them access lessons and routines with confidence
  • Using patience, empathy, and creativity to meet their individual needs
  • Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support
  • Encouraging independence and celebrating progress, no matter how small
