Qualifications

• Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
• Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 248 and HSG 264 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Undertake management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
• Safely collect asbestos samples from site.
• Write bespoke technical survey reports, including floorplans.
• Conduct 4 stage clearances.
• Carry out air testing including: personal, smoke, background, leak and reassurance.
