Qualifications

• Previous experience in asbestos air-testing and surveying within the asbestos sector.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4-stage clearances.
• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys.
• Monitoring contractors on site ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Compiling comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Building and maintaining a professional relationship with clients.

Education

Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualifications or equivalent
