A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant for a contemporary art gallery in Exeter. You will generate sales through client engagement and provide exceptional customer service. Overview

Amazing opportunity in consultative sales - a Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant is required for this stunning contemporary Art Gallery. You do not necessarily need an Art background but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through consultative engagement with clients while delivering exceptional client & customer service, ensuring an amazing client experience from start to finish.
  • Consultatively manage client needs and transfer your passion for sales and the product to generate sales.
  • Work towards realistic monthly targets with the potential to earn good commission.
  • Proactively promote the gallery: make daily calls to promote the gallery, build footfall, and generate prospective business.
  • Account manage clients over the phone and via email, and conduct daily client list calls to drive new opportunities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to cover weekends, as they are the busiest times, within a 5-day workweek.
  • Drive is preferred for home consultations offered as an additional service to clients.
Qualifications & Attributes

Compensation
